Finished all the remaining window boxes...

And I even got up enough courage the revisit the task of building the stairs - stringers are cut...

Shorter day today...

Installed the OSB window boxes on all the upper floor double wall windows - a little shimming was involved...

Will install the window boxes on the first floor tomorrow...

101 Degrees...

And an 11 Hour day...

Put all the soffits up today - not too fond of ladders at this point ; )

Concrete sealed...

Here's pics of the concrete floors after the acid stain and the sealer...

Not as dark as I was thinking, but I like the look...

Up at 5 am...

So that I could seal the concrete before the heat of the day - supposed to be in the upper 90's, and after I put two coats on I decided to skip my trainer ride and do a slow climb up from the property...

I will post pics of the concrete slab when it is completely dry...
