Really hoping we get through this one...

The nearby towns of Twisp and Winthrop have been issued with immediate evacuations - another mass of fires headed our way.

Luckily we are safe and by chance out of the Valley.

Really hope to see this standing when we return...

    I just came on here to see if you had any updates. Glad you're safe and sound. I'll keep my fingers crossed for the homestead.

    Just heard from a neighbor, and so far, so good.

    Some of the online fire mapping showed fire on our side of the river, so it's hard to know exactly what's going on.

    Unfortunately, wind gusts of 25 mph forecasted for the next two days.
